Bookings and Reservation Deposit

In order to secure your special date, a fifty percent (50) deposit of the space rental cost is required. Dates are booked on a first-come first-serve basis. This non-refundable room rental may be in cash or check when securing your date. All checks must have your current address and daytime phone numbers. Please place your event date on your checks and payments as well. The remaining amount must be paid in full six (6) months prior to the event date.
Security and Damage Deposit

Studio B requires that all events have security in place from start to finish. Studio B will determine how many guards are necessary depending on the number of your anticipated guests. Each HPD officer is $45.00 per hour with a four (4) hour minimum and the estimated total is due thirty (30) days prior to the event date. At least one Security Guard will stay on site until all vendors have left the facility. Any additional fees above the estimated amount will be deducted from the Damage Deposit. If the fee is less than estimated, it will be refunded.

A refundable damage deposit is due for all events ($1000.00), which is due thirty (30) days before the event date. An insurance event endorsement or policy from your insurance company is required.

Does Studio B offer Tables and Chairs?
Studio B provides large 9 modern zinc tables and 3 farmhouse buffet tables and seating for 100 people. The venue also comes with 1 round 72" foldable table, 1 Gold Buffet and sign in table, two large selfie lights, large standing chalk boards. We are not a traditional full service space and you have the freedom to work with your desired vendors.
How many people can be seated with a dance floor?
Varies on the size of the tables and if the tables are square round or rectangle. We have seated 200 people with 8ft round tables plus a dance floor and a photo booth. Does Studio B offer Bar Services?
Studio B can recommend bartending services. However we do not offer mandatory services regarding alcohol. We can partner up with Holler Brewing Co. next door to offer craft beer. Or we can offer a blank space to clients to help keep costs down.
Parking?
We are located between two large parking lots on Edwards and Sawyer in front and rear on Spring Street. There is plenty of parking to accommodate large guest parties. Valet is not mandatory
