Get your Pre-baby body back!

Love Dance Houston is offering classes that involve baby to help you get back in the groove of things.  We are offering Yoga and Baby for Monday. Wednesday is a Body workout including Baby, Mat and Barre. Friday is Latin Dancing with Baby! Come and tryout these new classes.

Focus: STRETCH Being a new mom is tough. Get centered and enjoy time with you baby on the mat. Stretch those baby carrier muscles, repair your abdominal wall, and strengthen your core with yoga.

Focus: STRENGTH Use your your body weight (and baby's) to provide a full body core and strengthening class. Sometimes barre is incorporated to lengthen muscles and activate glutes.

Focus: CARDIO Start dancing again! Move whole body to Latin basics and fun music (wear a carrier/wrap). Core, coordination, calorie burn
